How far in advance do I have to book?
Bookings are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Do you have a waiting list?
Yes, we do! If your preferred date is unavailable, we'll happily add you to our waiting list.
What is the minimum/maximum number of people?
No minimum, but the charge for 50 people applies. Our truck can accommodate up to 100 guests.
When do you need to know your final count?
To ensure a seamless experience, we require your final count one week before your event.
How far do you drive?
Our standard pricing includes a 15-mile radius from our New Haven restaurant. Additional mileage incurs a $3 charge per mile round trip.
Do you do parties outside of Connecticut?
Unfortunately, we currently only serve events within Connecticut.
Can you bring pizza inside?
Yes, we'll happily bring the pizza directly to your guests.
Can you park in the backyard?
Yes, as long as the ground is firm enough for our truck.
What happens if it rains?
We're equipped to handle light to moderate rain with a wide awning. For heavy rain, we can reschedule your event.
Do you have gluten-free pizza?
Yes, we offer gluten-free options with advance notice.
Do you have skim milk cheese?
Absolutely, just let us know in advance and we'll provide part-skim milk cheese.
Do you take requests for pizza toppings?
Of course, we love customizing pizzas to your preferences!
What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel at least 30 days before your event, we'll refund your entire deposit.

Do you have a restaurant?
Yes, we do. It's called Est Est Est Pizza & Restaurant, situated at 1176 Chapel Street in New Haven, CT. With years of history, it's earned a spot among New Haven's top 10 restaurants. Feel free to visit us if you would like to sample our pizza before booking for your event.
Does the oven use any fuel other than wood?
No, we only use seasoned woods such as oak.
